In light of what happened in Honduras this past weekend, Michael Ledeen tries to set out a standard for when the Obama administration will meddle in another country's affairs.

Andy is quite right to point out Obama's willingness to meddle in Honduran affairs, but not Iranian ones, and to put it alongside his meddling in Hamastan — to which we can add Israel (the settlements). The basic pattern seems to be ideological. Meddling on behalf of causes that the Left supports is fine (especially, it seems, if by so doing he supports anti-democratic regimes and leaders). And then there's the personal component: He was annoyed when the Iranian people interrupted his incipient love affair with Iran's tyrant. And he's annoyed when the Honduran people have the nerve to hold their would-be tyrant — a guy he seems to like — to the standards of their Constitution.

Makes Obama look awfully small, doesn't he?

National Debt Road Trip

Here's a great visual on how fast the national debt is increasing under Obama. The video doesn't go into the repercussions of this debt. Anyone who is honest and has studied economic history, knows that the unbridled printing of money leads to economic disaster. With the perfect storm of a socialist president, and a Democratic Congress, it looks like there will be no stopping this freight train that is bringing the economy over the abyss. This isn't just Democrat vs. Republican. In fact it was our failed President Bush who got the train rolling with the Wall Street bailouts and TARP, which I strongly advocated against when Paulson's bailouts were first announced. He made it easy for Obama to just continue his policies.

So, what's in store?  History tells us that we will get hyper-inflation, sky high interest rates, and an economy in tatters.  This isn't my opinion.  This is what happens when the printing presses are turned on full steam.  It will be Jimmy Carter on steroids.

"Them Jews aren't going to let him talk to me." says Rev. Wright

Rev. Wright says, "Them Jews aren't going to let him talk to me," referring to Obama.

The Rev. Jeremiah Wright says he does not feel any regrets over his severed relationship with resident Barack Obama, a former member of the Chicago church in which Wright was the longtime pastor.

Wright also said that he had not spoken to his former church member since Obama became president, implying that the White House won't allow Obama to talk to him. He did not indicate whether he had tried to reach Obama.

Jefferson Parish black teachers' group opposes white Gretna principal

A coalition of Jefferson Parish's black educators has come out against the controversial decision to select Christine Templet, who is white, as the new principal of Thomas Jefferson High School in Gretna, claiming the appointment excluded eligible African-American administrators who might be interested in the post.

Could you imagine the screams if the white teachers alliance opposed a black principal? Could you imagine the screams if there was an "alliance of White educators"? Why are these racist groups even supported?

Brittish Hypocrisy alert- Michael Savage Banned From the UK

Sixteen people, including Michael Savage, were barred from the UK by Home Secretary Jacqui Smith. These hypocrites, who have historically let in the most violent and vile sewer scum from all over the Middle East, are banning someone whose views they don't like. It's not because they're violent, though Jacqui Smith says of Savage, "This is someone who has fallen into the category of fomenting hatred, of such extreme views and expressing them in such a way that it is actually likely to cause inter-community tension or even violence if that person were allowed into the country.." What a load of garbage from this scandal ridden, cleavage popping tart, whose husband, Richard Timney watches porn at taxpayer expense..

This is but another chapter in the saga of the decline of Western civilization as we are watching it decay from the inside. The cancer of Islamism, combined with their liberal allies, are attacking Western civilization from within. They now have their man, BO in power, who is paving the way for further deterioration, and leading the US down a path of self immolation worse than Europe. We must keep our head in the sand, and ignore the truth that Radical Islam is at war with the West, and anyone else who doesn't follow their goal of Islamization of the world. If you call them out, it's hate. If you tell the truth you're a bigot. It's the new upside down world order.
