In her postings, such as Michelle Malkin » Why Henry Paulson must be “contained”, Michelle Malkin is alone. As a blogger with conservative leanings, I read, or at least glimpse at, many conservative blogs of note. NOTHING on the financial crisis. It's as if it doesn't exist. (Feel free to apprise me of others who are on the right side on this issue.) As Paulson, former CEO of Goldman Sachs, and his cronies prepare to screw the American taxpayer worse than they have ever been screwed before, to keep their companies afloat, and their executives rolling in bonuses, private jets, yachts, and mansions, the US taxpayer will foot the bill. Michelle is the only one who says Kill the Bailout. She is right on with this issue.
I don't know about you, but I am outraged that our so-called "representatives" would even consider this package of rape the taxpayer, reward Wall Street. To top it off, not only does this balding robber baron want to bail out the US thieves, but he wants to bail out the foreign ones too. He's pretty generous with our money. I agree that it's time to clean house. As a first measure, we need to remove from office everyone trying to ram this abomination down our throats. We need a voter uprising here. They know that we're against this welfare for Wall Street, yet our senators and representatives are going to approve this atrocity, under the guise of the former CEO of Goldman Sachs's pleadings that the alternative is worse. It may be worse for Goldman Sachs, but not for the taxpayer.
